What is a trust administration?

A trust administration is the process of carrying out the terms of a trust after death. In Florida, this generally involves identifying and valuing trust assets, paying valid debts and expenses, handling any required tax matters, and distributing the remaining assets to the beneficiaries according to the terms of the trust, outside of the court system.
